Details

• Apply by March 1, 2026

• Submitting an application does NOT guarantee acceptance to vend.

• We encourage vendors selling goods related to food, agriculture, plants, etc., as well as local community organizations. 

• Bring any information, items, seeds, etc. you want to give, trade, or sell.

• Booth set-up begins at 8am Saturday

• Take-down Sunday after 2pm, when event ends. You are expected to attend the entire event.

• All vendors and attendees will have the opportunity to participate in our Community Sharing Hour, which takes place in the Event Yurt during our Speaker Series. You will get the microphone for up to 2 minutes to let everyone know what you’re up to, what you have to offer, or what you’re in need of.
